Brian Morgan
Brian has spent more than 30 years in insurance brokerage, across public, private-equity-backed, and top-100 firms, with prior leadership roles at Keystone Agency Partners, Integro Insurance Brokers, The Plexus Groupe, Willis, and Marsh. Having built and operated firms at every scale, he has seen first-hand how much the largest brokers gain from resources that local agencies rarely have. That gap is the reason for American Growth Insurance, and the vision he leads today: empowering local agencies to become scaled regional brokerages, with the technology, capital, and support to grow without losing what made them great.
Kimba Pajares
Kimba leads operations at American Growth Insurance, drawing on more than 30 years in insurance. She held operations roles at Epic Insurance Brokers and later at The Plexus Groupe, a top-100 agency. Along the way, her work at Applied Epic helping acquisitive platforms integrate showed her how much friction comes from stitching multiple groups together. That experience sparked the goal that drives her today: building a platform that takes the pain out of integrating and coordinating agencies, so the people inside them can spend their time on clients instead of process.
Brandon Zhang
Brandon serves as Chief of Staff at American Growth Insurance, coordinating the team across M&A, product, and operations. He came from Atomic, where he spent years incubating and partnering with companies building in fintech. That experience building businesses from the ground up is what drew him to AGI: the chance to help shape a new kind of brokerage from the start.
Joshua Karstendick
Joshua drives software engineering at American Growth Insurance, building a technology experience that works for clients and associates alike. He was previously a Director of Engineering at Flexport and Shopify, where he oversaw product development at scale. He joined AGI to bring that same engineering rigor to an industry that has been waiting for it.
